Upon leaving the office (to collect keys), make your way out of the Marina and turn right at the traffic lights onto Oystermouth Road. Continue straight passing Tesco on your left-hand side and the LC Swansea and Swansea Maritime Museum on your right. Continue through the next set of traffic lights, passing Sainsbury’s supermarket on your right-hand side. Continue straight and over the bridge and along Fabian Way until you reach the first set of traffic lights. Take a right here and then the second exit (right) on the roundabout. Continue straight passing Tesco Extra and the outdoor car park on your left-hand side. At the end of the road turn left. Continue straight passing the cafes, bars and La Parilla restaurant on your left-hand side. Continue straight passing the Altamar residential block on your left. South Quay is the next block along on the left-hand side. The ramp takes you down into the underground car park.
Once you have parked, as you face out of the parking space, you will see an internal block to the left hand side (with wheelie bins outside). At the end of this block to the left-hand side, you will find an entry door (please use fob provided for access). The lift is through the first door to the left, the stairwell is the second door to the left. Take the lift to floor no. 6, apartment 82 is located around to the right after exiting the lift.
