There are two double bedrooms with full bedding and towels are provided, along with WiFi. The lounge sit-out balcony offers breathtaking views over Langland Bay, a vista that can be appreciated whatever the weather.

The spacious lounge and dining room has ample seating with a three-seater sofa, two armchairs, as well as dining table with four chairs. For entertainment, there is a flat screen television, DVD player, as well as a selection of board games, to keep guests of all ages occupied. The lounge sit-out balcony offers breathtaking views over Langland Bay. The kitchen is fully fitted with appliances including oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a breakfast bar with seating for four people.

The master bedroom has double Divan bed and plenty of inbuilt storage space, as well as a dressing table with mirror. The second bedroom also has ample storage room and a 'zip & link' bed which can be used either as a double bed or two twin beds, according to preference (please specify at time of booking).

The bathroom has fully tiled walls, bath with shower attachment, WC, WHB, and separate shower cubicle. Full bedding and towels are provided, along with WiFi.
